金属化合物催化煤燃烧规律的实验研究

Experimental Study on Coal Combustion Catalyzed by Metallic Compounds

摘要: 采用热重分析的方法,对某湖南烟煤在空气氛围下进行最终温度为1 150 ℃的燃烧实验。在煤中添加不同比例的CaO、Fe2O3、NaCl和MgO,以此来探究金属化合物对煤燃烧特性的影响。实验结果表明:煤粉中添加适量特定的金属化合物能够降低着火温度、改善燃烧的稳定性、提高煤粉的燃烧效率。金属化合物CaO、Fe2O3、NaCl和MgO对煤粉燃烧的催化作用存在差异,添加NaCl、Fe2O3使煤粉燃烧剧烈,有利于煤粉燃尽。其中NaCl综合催化燃烧作用最好,添加NaCl试样着火温度下降了约22 ℃。随MgO添加比例的降低,CbGHj判别指标均呈现增大趋势,可燃性更好。添加CaO、MgO使煤粉着火温度升高,煤粉燃烧稳定性及燃尽效果变差,且CaO的影响比MgO大。NaCl添加比例为8%时催化燃烧效果最好。

Abstract: The combustion experiment of Hunan bituminous coal was carried out under air atmosphere with the final temperature of 1150 ℃ by thermogravimetric analysis.Different proportions of CaO, Fe2O3, NaCl and MgO in coal was adding to explore the influence of metal compounds on the combustion characteristics of coal. The experimental results show that the ignition temperature can be reduced, and the combustion stability can be improved and the combustion efficiency can be improved by adding a certain amount of metal compounds into the pulverized coal. The metal compounds CaO, Fe2O3, NaCl and MgO have different catalytic effects on the combustion of pulverized coal. The addition of NaCl and Fe2O3 makes the combustion of pulverized coal violent, which is conducive to the burnout of pulverized coal. The effect of NaCl on comprehensive catalytic combustion is the best,and the ignition temperature of the sample with NaCl decreases about 22 ℃.The identification index of Cb ,G and Hj increase with the decrease of MgO percentage, and the flammability is better. The addition of CaO and MgO will increase the ignition temperature of pulverized coal, and the combustion stability and burnout effect of pulverized coal will become worse, and the influence of CaO is greater than that of MgO. The catalytic combustion effect is best when the NaCl content is 8%.
